Sterling Homes recently won Best in Show for their Balmoral house during the annual awards ceremony for the Horry Georgetown Homebuilders Association in South Carolina. Balmoral is the first neighborhood in Withers Preserve, a master-planned community located on the former Myrtle Beach Air Force Base.
The Balmoral neighborhood will feature 60 single-family homes ranging in size from 1,800 to 3,500 square feet that include expansive front porches and spacious designer kitchens.
