French Broad Crossing, an award winning, riverfront mountain community near Asheville, Marshall, Weaverville and Hot Springs, recently opened The River Lodge. The 6,500-square-foot facility sits on a majestic bluff overlooking the French Broad River and features breathtaking mountain and river views. Additionally, a full array of amenities include stylishly appointed indoor and outdoor entertaining areas, Viking commercial indoor and outdoor kitchens, as well as a pool, a hot tub, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

The River Lodge rounds out a full complement of amenities at French Broad Crossing, which also includes The Treehouse, The River Park Recreation Center, The Elbow Hollow Conservation Area, and The River Camp. The 750-acre community, one of four owned by conservation-based developer The Preserve Communities, also features fully gated and staffed security, underground utilities, paved roads, and an elaborate hiking trail system.
