St. Simons, Ga., community The Peninsula at Golden Isles recently began construction on a new pavilion. The 1,500 square foot structure will feature a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (men/women), a large double fireplace with a brick paver patio on the outside and ceiling fans.
A natural gathering place for homeowners hosting family functions or other events, or just looking for a spot to relax, the frame and brick pavilion is slated to open in February 2009.
