Representatives of Dataw Island Club today announced that Dataw Island was recognized by Ideal Living magazine as one of the “Top 100 Amenity Communities in the Southeast” in the publication’s summer 2008 edition.
The selection process by Ideal Living editors included: comparison of amenities among communities; master-planning of communities; and location. Dataw Island was chosen due to the community’s unique mix of golf, tennis, croquet, community activism and topography. This is the first time Dataw Island has been recognized by the publication.
